BOOKING CONDITIONS
FOR PITCHES AND RENTED ACCOMMODATION

The booking of a pitch or rented accommodation becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the deposit:

TIME AND DATE OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS:
Pitch: maximum 6 people
Rented accommodation: the number of people should not be more than the number of beds available, whatever the age of the individuals.

Rented accommodation security deposit:
A deposit of 229 Euros is requested on arrival. This is returned on departure, following an inventory, return of the keys and deductions for any damage.
You are responsible for final cleaning, or you can contribute to cleaning costs: 46 Euros.
You will be invoiced for 8 Euros if the refrigerator is not defrosted on departure.

BOOKING

• Bookings are not transferable. Under no circumstances may they be transferred or sub-let. If several families wish to follow one another on the same pitch, each family will be required to sign a contract and holiday dates must be consecutive. All unoccupied pitches must be cleared of all equipment.
• If there is any change to holiday dates, we cannot guarantee to provide the same pitch or the same rented accommodation.
• In the absence of any written telegram or fax message from the signatory of the contract, stating that he has had to postpone his arrival date, the pitch or rented accommodation becomes available for hire 24 hours after the arrival date stated on the booking contract, and full payment for services will be required. Telephone messages are not accepted.
• In the event of cancellation:
  The expenses of file and the insurance cancellation (optional, but advised) are never refunded.

THE STAY
Payment methods available: cash, banker's card.
1 - The full cost of the holiday is payable in full on arrival. No reduction will be given for late arrival or early departure.
2 - All campers must abide by site regulations.
3 - At the end of their stay, occupants must ensure that their pitch or rented accommodation is handed over clean and ready for re-hire.

EXCERPT FROM THE CAMP REGULATIONS
- THE IDENTIFICATION BRACELET SHOULD BE WORN PERMANENTLY
- NO NOCTURNAL NOISE AFTER MIDNGIHT
- Cars must be parked on the pitches or outside the campgrounds.
- Visitors must announce themselves at the reception desk. They have no access to the swimming pool or the miniature golf and their vehicle must remain outside the campgrounds. Their visit may not exceed two hours.
ATTENTION : Breaking one of the 4 above mentioned rules leads to the immediate expulsion from the campsite.
- MINORS ARE PERMANENTLY UNDER THE RESPONSABILITY OF THEIR PARENTS.
- Washing lines may not be suspended between young trees, hedges or their stakes. (They are "tolerated" between large trees but should be kept short. We recommend the use of a clotheshorse.)
- You should respect the trees and the plantations : You may not pour any water (even pure ) at their feet.
- BARBECUES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AS WELL AS THE USE OF CANDLES.
- Children may not play inside the sanitary blocs and dogs are not allowed in these blocs.
- Dogs must be held on the leash and should regularly be taken outside the campgrounds.
- Ball games are forbidden, except for those that are organized by our animators.
- ON DEPARTURE DAY, THE PITCH MUST BE VACATED BEFORE NOON.

INSURANCE CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY

Reasons of cancellation or interruption of stay covered by the contract de SART ASSURANCE, 61 rue du port, 33260 LA TESTE ; Tel : +33(0)556.54.32.17 :
- serious illness or serious accident or death to:
- yourself or your spouse (official cohabitant)
- one of your relations in direct ascending or descending line, son-in-law or daughter-in-law
- death to a brother, sister, brother-in-law or sister-in-law
- considerable material damage to your property requiring your presence
- redundancy
- accident to or thelft of your vehicle and/or caravan occurring on the (direct) journey to the place you are staying at.
